The factory was founded in 1964 as a bakery and pastry store in Montefiorino.
In 1992 the production office moved to another small village not far from
Montefiorino in a larger space with more facilities.
In the new plant the production would be specialized in cakes.

In 1999 the company obtained the certification to make organic products.
Nowadays, Torte Gualmini, thanks to its flexibility in production and sale,
works with different kind of market fields like: large retailers, retail
trades, HO.RE.CA, with the chance to have private labels.
